Dry Well Usage

A dry well is needed when your gutters are clean and the entire drainage system is working properly BUT the drainage does not dissipate and pools in the yard.

This standing water needs to be collected and routed away from the house.

PROBLEM:  The gutters are working fine but the water doesn't or can't drain away from the house.

SOLUTION: The gutter/downspouts feed the dry well.  The dry well collects the water away from the house and then dissipates it farther away.
Dry Well Installation
